Starting from 1 September 2017, PhoenixMiles and Swire members will earn 800 miles for each stay at such hotels as The Upper House and EAST, Hong Kong, and The Opposite House. Even more, the partnership will provide PhoenixMiles members with more high-end services and lucrative mileage opportunities.

In 2008, an urban hotel called Opposite House was successfully established. Right after that, in Hong Kong, the Upper House was opened in 2009. Recently, Swire Hotels implemented a new collection of stylish hotels in the centers of the largest cities of the United Kingdom. The group was called Chapter Hotels. On November 29, in Cheltenham, the first hotel called Montpellier Chapter successfully opened.
