Expiration: Kms expire 24 months since last activity.
For some programs, an activity is any accrual of miles, crediting a flight, transfering or purchasing miles. For others, spending activities such as redeeming or donating points counts as an activity.
❶ U.S. residents cannot book award flights online. You’ll have to call. The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., central time. The wait times are typically short.
❶ Partner flights are not searchable online. While you can’t book your flight online, you can search for Aeromexico flights to be familiar with the available flights before calling to book.
❷ Kilometers (kms) is the original currency of the Club Premier program, but the Aeromexico Visa Signature card earns miles - so you have to divide the cost in kilometers by 1.6 to get price in miles.
