Routing Rules

Two stopovers are allowed for a round trip award ticket, including one in outbound and one in inbound. The turnaround point and stopovers cannot be the same with the origin or destination’s nation. A maximum of six sectors is allowed for each round trip award ticket. A stopover is not allowed for a one-way ticket. A maximum of three sectors are allowed for each one-way award ticket.

Elite Levels

Diamond: A Gold member may be upgraded to Diamond status by 120k miles or 100 qualified EVA Air flights in a period of one year. Special privileges, like guaranteed booking, airport fast track service, personalized baggage name tags, electronic upgrade certificates, VIP lounge access to the member and one or two companions, and other advantages are added to the already long list of perks.

Booking Fees/Charges

There is a $50 fee for changing flights and a $50 fee for any refunds on the flight you book with EVA Air.

Redeeming on Upgrades
