NB: Fees, Taxes, and carrier charges are payable in cash.
Your Travel Companion
If your preference is to travel with a companion then you can add one to your next flight without utilizing any additional Avios, which means you benefit from double-the-value!
This is enhanced by the fact that for each year the purchases made on your Aer Lingus Visa Signature Credit Card reach $30,000, you earn a Companion ticket valid for 12-months.
- A condition attached to this ticket is that your travel schedule must originate from, and end in the USA
- It is only valid for flights between the USA and Ireland
- There is no surcharge attached to this ticket, restrictions or blackout dates for redemption!
Claiming Your AerClub Avios and Tier Credits
You have a 3-months window for submitting a claim in respect of missing Avios and Tier credits, from your departure date and, directly to Aer Lingus.
Upon your claim being validated the Avios points and Tier credits for your Aer Lingus flight, and processed, it will be credited to your account and available for viewing online. You can help avoid delays regarding awards in the future by including your AerClub number at the time of booking, designed to ensure Avios points and Tier credits are automatically credited to your account.
With regard to flights with the partner Airlines, namely
- British Airways
- Cathay Pacific
- United and Qantas
This facility may be utilized for recording your missing flight claims in respect of Avios points related to travel with the AerClub partner airlines.
NB: Traveling with partner airlines does not qualify you for AerClub Tier Credits.
Making a Claim
For your convenience, the required information related to making a claim is stated on your Booking Confirmation email and your ticket. It should be kept in mind that Avios points will only be credited to your account for travel completed from the date of your first registration to AerClub.
